20Min HIIT cardio

Sweating like a b*tch.

Still haven't eaten and it's already almost 7PM.
This marks my 5th day of cardio done continuously throughout since Monday.

Im pushing through limits, because I know what I want. I know I want to be shredded, I want it bad enough that I reject going out parties to drink and chill , all those that could mess around with my progress.

I just felt the NEED to address this, if you want something really bad. STOP your BS excuses and make it work. I been stopped by annoying guards cause I'd secretly do cardio at 2AM, knowing I have to wake up at 6AM to get shit done. It is draining me, but I'm enjoying it because I'm seeing results.

Push through your limits, break them weak mental and build a great one.

It's coming guys, I promise the best results of my body is gonna come.
